AVP, Insurance Process & Control
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end system enhancement, design and development of insurance sales process and operation related system (e.g. FNA, iPoS, TWA) and platforms that is in line with global standards and regulatory requirement
- Act as the subject matter expert to liaise with both external insurance partner (i.e. AIA) and internal parties such as frontlines, compliance and IT for sales operation process and system enhancement
- Drive new initiatives to automate process and operation, enhance functions to improve sales efficiency and customer journey
- Support and implement regional system-related projects that shape and support the company strategic goals
Minimum Education
- University graduate major in Business Management/ Computer Science / Engineering
Minimum Experience
- Over 6 years working experience in insurance/banking industry, preferably in project management and system enhancement
- Independent, excellent analytical and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and project management skills
- Demonstrate ability to work independently under aggressive timeline
