This position is responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products esp. Life Insurance product to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.


  • Manage product due diligence and ensure it is complied with internal and regulatory standards
  • Drive for development of insurance products and other project initiatives to support for the business growth strategy.
  • Manage multiple projects for on-time completion
  • Conduct continuous monitoring and maintenance on product range to ensure product competitiveness in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders on product launch plan including communication, training, sales process and related logistical arrangement.
  • Support and assist in handling special projects related to legal, regulatory and compliance changes
  • Identify new business opportunities, helping the bank to sustain long term business growth


  • University graduate
  • Minimum 5 years related work experience in product development and/or business development gained from retail banking and/or insurance industry
  • Knowledge in life and general insurance products
  • Demonstrated experience driving business innovation, leveraging management information, and data analytics to drive results
  • Experience in scenario development and forecasting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of product development, financial acumen, and investment processes across asset classes
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and influencing skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
