Description
Work as a team member in the HK O&T Citiphone (Contact Centre) team providing support to HK O&T with core duties including:
Assist with cross functional projects and assist with multiple quality assurance initiatives.
Contribute to the development of new techniques and processes by utilizing industry specific subject matter expertise
Negotiate and advocate for new techniques and process improvements through advice, counsel and facilitation
Evaluate and provide solutions to moderately complex issues that have substantial potential impacts
Provide intermediate assistance across areas of the company's customer service function
Qualifications
University graduate preferably in Business Administration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with a wide range of staff levels and roles
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Work well in a team, dependable, able to deliver results and think strategically
Organized and able to plan, prioritize and execute tasks in a timely manner
