Description

Work as a team member in the HK O&T Citiphone (Contact Centre) team providing support to HK O&T with core duties including:

  • Assist with cross functional projects and assist with multiple quality assurance initiatives.

  • Contribute to the development of new techniques and processes by utilizing industry specific subject matter expertise

  • Negotiate and advocate for new techniques and process improvements through advice, counsel and facilitation

  • Evaluate and provide solutions to moderately complex issues that have substantial potential impacts

  • Provide intermediate assistance across areas of the company's customer service function

Qualifications

  • University graduate preferably in Business Administration

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with a wide range of staff levels and roles

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Work well in a team, dependable, able to deliver results and think strategically

  • Organized and able to plan, prioritize and execute tasks in a timely manner
