BP&A Lead Analyst (C13)
  • Project Lead on Recovery Analytics DataMart BI Effort
  • SME support - Forecasting Analytics functions for Global Collections and Recovery Operations
  • SME support – Analytics functions for all Risk Organizations (NCL, Strategy, Policy)
  • Serve as liaison with Finance partners on Operating Expenses/NCL components
  • Build and maintain good internal and external relations with all business partners
  • Design responsibility for business segments forecasting and planning/budgeting processes
  • Design and produce business partner communications and reporting templates, including but not limited to, variance analysis reporting, rate/volume analyses
  • Problem resolution and Collections/Recovery remediation support
  • Assist in management of Governance and control processes around all forecasting models
  • Potentially lead team(s) of Exempt employees
  • Potentially train and lead  team(s) of Exempt employees on best data/reporting practices


Job Skills/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Advance Certification in MS SQL, MBA, CPA, or other a plus
  • 5+ years General Accounting, Finance, Data Management Preferred
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including familiarity with macros and advanced formulas
  • Advanced MS Access skills
  • Demonstrated research and resolution skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively across spectrum of business partners
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral a must
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize diverse and changing workload
  • Ability to work independently and make effective decisions within established guidelines
  • Experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience managing teams
