This position will be responsible for supporting the development of the Vulnerable Persons Program managed under Global Financial Crime Investigation and Intelligence (GFCII). The Vulnerable Persons Program has oversight of a centralized, enterprise-wide program to address Elder/Vulnerable Adult Financial Exploitation (“EFE”). 

This role serves as a senior compliance analyst for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for establishing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and program design. This role will be responsible for producing an enterprise-wide tracker to inform seniors of current structures and assist in the strategic unification of the EFE program. Responsible for researching updates of reporting requirements to state and local agencies and inform relevant internal stakeholders of any changes in requirements. Strong written skills are necessary to provide assistance in formalizing policies and procedures governing the EFE to include legislative and regulatory directives. This role will assist in the preparation of responses to Internal Audit and government regulators. Strong verbal skills are required as this role will participate in client outreach, community awareness and employee engagement related to Vulnerable Persons. In addition, engage with the Business product and function coverage teams, to partner and develop program solutions that meet business and customer needs in a manner consistent with the program

Strong research skills are needed to benchmark elder products and service offerings provided by peer institutions.  Direct engagement with external stakeholders including law enforcement, peer banks, government agencies and industry partners will be required to formulate content for presentations by senior management to high level internal stakeholders to include Governance Boards.


  • Participating in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance, programs, policies, and practices for ICRM.
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations, and internal policy changes in order to further identify new key risk areas.
  • Support the creation of action plans designed to demonstrate necessary adherence to Laws, Rules and Regulations.
  • Support the development and execution of simple and effective control and monitoring processes
  • Ensure that processes are conducted in expected timeframes

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Advance Degree Preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience in working in community development/public affairs
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
