About Citi Global Wealth
The Citi Global Wealth (CGW) organization is responsible for serving over 500,000 clients across its global footprint in Asia, Europe, Mexico, and North America. It delivers the full range of wealth products across investments, banking, lending, insurance, trust services and financial planning & advice across the wealth spectrum by delivering and expanding investment opportunities, advice, tools, and analytics catered to specific client needs. Within Citi Global Wealth, the Client Reporting Team is responsible for the presentation and quality of Financial Data that is viewed by internal and external clients through online client applications and various reporting mediums.
We are seeking an experienced client reporting professional to lead CGW’s global client reporting team. The candidate must have an in-depth understanding of performance reporting within the investment management industry, preferably in the HNW/UHNW space, as well as experience leading global teams.
- Manage a global client reporting team supporting Citi’s Global Wealth Management Business, with a team of 65 staff located in 5 offices globally
- Partner with Business stakeholders to ensure current and future client demand is meet and exceeded
- Develop and execute strategy to create the industry leading client reporting team and capabilities in alignment with business objectives
- Deploy industry best practices to enhance CGWs offerings
- A track record of implementing change programs across performance reporting to enhance client experience
- Ensure high quality of investment performance data through robust processes and controls, including data integrity
- Drive the development of client reporting and performance reporting standards
- Develop and lead a strong management team by role modeling behavior focused on attracting, retaining and developing diverse talent
- Design and implement tactical and strategic initiatives to enhance client reporting
- Manage global teams across geographies promoting a culture of continuous improvement and cultivating a robust service and control environment
- Drive efficient management of the client reporting rendition process to ensure quality, timeliness and fulfillment of legal/regulatory requirements per jurisdiction
- Proactively resolve client pain points
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business/finance/engineering (or a related discipline)
- MBA or advanced degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting preferred
- 15 years industry experience with 8-10 in a client reporting role
- Experience with data analytics tools, concepts and resources
- Relevant certifications a definite plus such as CIMP, CFA, etc.
- Prior experience in Wealth Management industry preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
