Client Onboard Analyst 1

  • Responsible for the non credit documentation account opening/maintenance activities for his/her own portfolio
  • Manages own portfolio of Clients under general direction from seniors
  • Responsible for resolving documentation related problems
  • Responsible for compliance to policies and legal/regulatory requirements and documentation
  • Responsible for timely delivery of services to customers
  • Supports Account Services Team Leader in more complex deals
  • Performs name screening by using NESS, Eclipse and NBL
  • Perform documentation signature verification
  • Makes referral directly to Clients or business group if discrepancy found
  • Have a role as Maker of Flexcube/SVS/US Tax Validation/CRS Validation/CRM


  • Good communication skill (fluent in both Bahasa and English)
  • Able to work with the team/ a good team player
  • Diligent and has the right attitude
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Own at least 2 years experience working in Banking Operation
