This role is to support the ongoing evolution of Global Reg W Governance. This role provides support to MD and a group of individuals by handling key correspondence, coordinating updates and weekly reporting requirements across multiple businesses and geographies, updating monthly materials, managing meetings, and other ad-hoc support as required.

This role will require strong attention to detail, superior organization, and solid project management skillsets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build a network of partnerships with internal stakeholders is a must. The development of executive level materials will be required. Candidates must have experience in complex problem solving, balancing multiple competing priorities, and providing well-reasoned, balanced assessments of issues and questions, in a timely fashion.


Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct and indirect support to MD and team
  • Prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings
  • Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
  • Assists in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed
  • Continually identify ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Reg W data management, controls, and reporting processes
  • Manage end-to-end communication with team, partners, and managers
  • Develop and effectively communicate recommendations to senior leadership and take ownership of assigned projects
  • A flexible, positive, and mature mindset to deal with ambiguities of complex challenges is a must

Qualifications:

  • Track record of exceptional performance
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systems
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, in dealing with people at all levels of the organization both written and verbal. Ability to build effective internal and external networks
  • Ability to take initiative, to think and act independently, and to know when to ask for guidance from more experienced officers or specialists
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in teams with high growth potential and involved in transitioning the highly complex and critical projects
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task and identify/escalate issues.
    • Ability to evaluate, negotiate, structure and / or monitor various aspects of project work-streams
  • Exceptional project leadership skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Experience in developing documentation that meets the highest regulatory standards and audit requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
