Citi Wealth Management Operations Analytics provides critical analytics and reporting to all lines of business and regions within Citi's Global Wealth Management organization. The Analytics team drives value for our partners and stakeholders by delivering proactive analytics on operations performance and customer behavior in our servicing channels across various products, identifying transformational opportunities and ensuring operations efficiently meets customer service commitments.

The Wealth Management Operations Lead Analyst applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge to analyze and measure the effectiveness and efficiency for various wealth operations functions, in order to identify, quantify and drive productive and strategic changes, which will lead to increasing productivity and improved client experience. Requires excellent analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources and leverage varies quantitative methodologies to derive business insights and recommendations. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to influence and convince others. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results.


  • Translates business hypothesis/question/problem into analytics methodology and conducts data discovery independently.
  • End to end execution of analytics projects from querying and processing structured/unstructured data to driving quantitative based business insights.
  • Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions. Persuades others based on quantitative driven storytelling through developed communication and diplomacy skills
  • Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.


  • 5+ years relevant experience in quantitative analytics in financial service required, preferably analytics experience with wealth management/investment banking. 
  • 4+ years statistical programming experience with SQL/SAS/Python/R required.
  • Experience with Big Data and Hadoop/Hive/PySpark are highly preferred  
  • Problem solving skills and ability to pioneer new areas of data analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required


  • Bachelor’s/University degree in Statistics/Data Science/Business Analytics or equivalent fields, Master’s degree preferred
