This position is an integral part of the CTI Regulatory Risk Governance Team within the CTI Risk Management and Governance organization.

Job Overview:
CTI Regulatory Risk Governance executes on strategy to deliver effective regulatory oversight and strategic risk and controls programs for the Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) and Chief Technology Office (CTO) organizations. The CTI and CTO organizations manage the following functions: Infrastructure Services, Data Services, Inventory Data and Enterprise Application Services, Public Cloud Services, Mainframe and Host Services, Enterprise Services, End User Computing, Policy Innovation and Enablement Strategy in NAM, EMEA, APAC and LATAM.
The candidate will report into the CTI Regulatory Compliance head and will be responsible for supporting the CTI regulatory compliance function through the review and assessment of new regulations, mapping of regulations to MCA controls, execution of centralized MCA controls, support of the In Business Privacy Officer function, support and management of key compliance initiatives, and delivery of timely management reporting. In this role the candidate will partner with global and regional CTI/ CTO risk managers, operational managers, ICRM and OTBRC teams for the continuous improvement of the regulatory and risk governance control environment for the CTI/CO organization.
Responsibilities::
- Assessment of new and existing regulations impacting CTI.
- Oversight of remediation plans for gaps in regulatory compliance.
- Support of the In Business Privacy Officer function
- Oversight of the CTI framework for privacy regulations (GDPR, California Privacy Act, etc)
- Support and oversight of plans to meet regulatory commitments.
- Execution of centralized compliance functions and MCA controls
- Development and maintenance of PCMs for centralized oversight functions
- Delivery of timely management reporting to ensure management awareness of new initiatives, remediation plan progress, regulatory control health
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of risk management experience supporting technology and risk and controls functions. Strong regulatory and compliance risk management experience
- Strong understanding of Manager Control Assessment processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with vlookups, functions, graphing a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent communication, presentation, project management and analytical skills
- Self-starter, able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment where meeting time-sensitive deadlines are essential.
- Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence.
- Strong SharePoint, Teams, Tableau and Dashboard reporting skills are a plus
