This position is an integral part of the CTI Regulatory Risk Governance Team within CTI Risk Management and Governance.

CTI Regulatory Risk Governance executes on strategy to deliver effective regulatory oversight and strategic risk and controls programs for the Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) and Chief Technology Office (CTO) organizations. The CTI and CTO organizations manage the following functions: Infrastructure Services, Data Services, Inventory Data and Enterprise Application Services, Public Cloud Services, Mainframe and Host Services, Enterprise Services, End User Computing, Policy Innovation and Enablement Strategy in NAM, EMEA, APAC and LATAM.
This position reports into the CTI Regulatory Risk Governance head and will be responsible for Management of the ICRM and CTI engagement for regulatory oversight, ICRM reviews, and enhancing the CTI compliance risk management framework. The candidate will work closely with the CTI Global Operating Heads delivering senior management reporting to ensure timely and effective communication, planning, risk awareness and results tracking for the CTI and CTO organizations. This person will also partner with ICRM, OTRC, ORM, CISO, Internal Audit and regulators for the continuous improvement of the CTI and CTO regulatory risk governance control framework
- ICRM Review management
- Implementation of new Consent order driven process enhancements
- Enhancements to the CTI/ CTO control framework
- Establishment of effective global regulatory control processes, KRIs measurements and MCA oversight
- Timely and effective Senior management reporting to ensure awareness of current risks, progress and key events
- Oversight of key regulatory and risk reduction programs
- 7+ years risk management experience supporting technology and risk and controls functions.
- 5+ years working in a lead position supporting internal and external technology audits.
- Strong understanding of the Citi regulatory and compliance risk management environment
- Strong understanding of Control Assessment processes, SOX, Audit Management and standard/ tools/ processes/ controls used in Citi.
- Excellent people management, time management, project management and analytical skills.
- International or global project delivery experience.
- Strong communication, presentation and written skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and a keen understanding of business dynamics.
- Self starter, able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment where meeting time-sensitive deadlines are essential.
- Excellent collaboration, influence and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable in front of senior management.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- CISA certification preferred.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
