Overview of the Role
As Personal Banking and Wealth Management Technology (PBWMT) Consent Order (CO) Project Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on integrated Risk and Control (R&C) CO Book of Work (BoW). You will lead identifying dependencies, manage project activities to execute phase-level regulatory commitments. This role will liaise among key Technology and Business and Risk partners across the firm. This role will be required to lead status meetings, build and report on project status, risks and issues as well as weekly and monthly reporting on R&C CO BoW. This role will also be responsible for driving PBWMT enrichment exercises with various stakeholders to define the R&C CO BoW. This role will lead change management related to the BoW. This role will lead change management related to the BoW, including be the Point of Contact for PTS (tool of record for Consent Order technology execution) and Liaison with OTTO and PBWMT teams to drive updates and changes in PTS. This role will be responsible for project budget, forecasting and reporting. This role will be responsible for managing relationships and tracking project activities and status across NAM, APAC and Mexico as related to the R&C CO BoW.  

Priorities Include:

  • Lead CO project planning activities including scope assessment, dependency mapping, resource allocation, & enrichment exercises
  • Create re-usable reporting and operating rhythm artifacts
  • Assess Consent technology requirements and identify impacted technology groups
  • Facilitate Consent Transformation workshops to align cross-functional team on priorities & execution plans as well as enrichment exercises
  • Execute weekly/Adhoc Consent Transformation status meeting, highlighting key risks & issues to Transformation lead


  • 6-10 years of experience building and managing end to end projects
  • 6-10 years of experience managing Risk and Control projects
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
  • Experience leading Global and Cross- Functional projects 
  • Experience managing project cost, budget, forecasting and schedule
  • Experience in building status presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience building project plans with Microsoft Project
  • Advanced Experience in Microsoft Excel (Macros, V Lookups and other formulas)
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent influencing, meeting organization, facilitation skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing deliverables and adapt well to change
