Responsibilities
Citi's Risk and Controls Engineering team within Global Consumer Technology is at the forefront of Controls Transformation using cutting edge technology solutions to create a best in class Controls Automation platform to manage our risks. We are looking for an seasoned professional to lead the technology engagement with Consumer Banking Operations Risk and Control (CBORC). Excellent written and oral communication skills, diplomacy, customer focus and technical background and experience are required in order to guide product roadmap and influence across all levels in Business and Tech.
Responsibilities:
- Provide product and customer experience leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Accountable for end-to-end implementation of exceptional customer facing experiences – this includes ideation, designing the end-to-end customer journey, gathering and grooming requirements, active engagement in solution architecture, securing stakeholder buy in, driving UAT and pilots, conducting post-release analysis and more.
- Juggle multiple initiatives that are at different stages in the development lifecycle at a single time.
- Analyze performance, success and failures, conduct customer research, understand customer needs and ideate solutions to improve customer experience moving forward.
- Maintain the Product Roadmap with transparent prioritization criteria, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes, make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market and roadshow with stakeholders early and often
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Interface with Legal, Compliance and Risk to protect both our business and our customer’s interests

- Organizational savvy – knowledgeable about how organizations work; knows how to get things done both through formal channels and informal network; understands the origin and reasoning behind key policies and practices; understands the culture of organizations and how to maneuver through them to get things done.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Management/Engineering
- Experienced in Agile delivery model, product management, design thinking
- Strong experience working with business stakeholders, eliciting requirements, guiding product vision, roadmap, prioritization and backlog management
- Extensive experience working with development and testing teams to design solutions, assess feasibility and translate business requirements into tech requirements.
- Strategic, results-driven leader who is passionate about designing best-in-class digital experiences and staying at the forefront of cutting edge technology in the Financial Services space
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience partnering with UI/UX Design teams, Risk, Legal, Operations, Governance and Technology
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
