OSJ Specialist - Citi Personal Wealth Management (CPWM

Locations: Irving, Texas, San Antonio, Texas Job Function: Compliance and Control Employee Status: Regular Job ID: 20171506

Citi Personal Wealth Management (CPWM) provides financial planning and wealth management services via our branch based Financial Advisors and Centralized service centers. CPWM will lead efforts to dramatically expand our personal wealth management capabilities and provide customers with simple, transparent solutions. The goal for CPWM is to lead the industry in client-centric investments

The OSJ Specialist performs administrative duties in support of the Central Review Unit across multiple geography or markets where Personal Wealth Management products are sold. They support the OSJ to enforce branch procedures to ensure compliance with securities industry regulations and firm procedures.


Audit file retention, including reviewing, document archiving and retention

Ensure quality checks of files and documents

Prepare for and assist in office, corporate and regulatory audits

Daily/weekly/monthly review and preparation of delegated supervisory operational and monitoring reports, task and follow up

Prepare MIS and data reporting

Other Central Review Unit responsibilities as determined by management


1-3 years of experience (in a similar role)

Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and follow through

Demonstrated analytical skills

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Solid work ethic, professional, and a positive attitude

Strong computer skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows

Understanding of the work and processes performed within the department

Series 7 and/or State Insurance License preferred
