The Global Risk Development Programs Analyst will report to the Global Risk Development Programs Manager (SVP). The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Global Risk Development Programs by management of the Risk Traveling Fellows (RTF) Program and the Women in Risk (WIR) Program, talent and development programs designed to develop future senior roles across risk. Activities include coordination and administration of Program data in performance management, leadership development, stakeholder engagement, governance, employee administration, presentations and assessments. The incumbent will have extensive interaction with global colleagues across Banking, Legal, Learning & Development, Global Public Affairs, HR, as well as all Risk Segments. This role will play a critical role in execution in the Global Development Programs/Risk Communications books of work.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Global Risk Development Programs Lead and Program Manager in preparation, development and ongoing maintenance of Program materials, presentations, project plans, proposals, and reports
  • Oversee all aspects of buildout of new Global Risk Development Programs Data Management Portal and Dashboard to include management of the candidate and manager nomination materials, RTF rotation/final placement requests, Mobility team advisement, participant visa/green card documentation, work authorizations, career development plans, Program costs, invoices and budget approvals, project assignments, Program participant skills inventory and succession planning
  • Responsible for training relevant users on Global Risk Development Programs Data Management Portal and Dashboard; including the creation of all training materials and reference manuals
  • Analytical support for performance reporting and HR requests for historical Program participant data
  • Gathering deliverables and/or prepare presentations to meet internal and regulatory needs
  • Support Global Risk Development Programs team on various administrative tasks related to expense management and coordination of meetings
  • Ad hoc projects designated by Global Risk Development Programs team
  • Special projects supporting Risk Governance VOE and other initiatives
  • Assistance with additional communication delivery channels and infrastructure, websites and messaging repositories; e.g. Collaborate, SharePoint, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 year of relevant experience is required

  • Work experience in Banking, Finance, Risk, Business Administration, Communications, HR, Talent/Diversity/Development Programs or similar

  • Bachelor’s/University degree in Finance, Communications or related field preferred

  • Knowledge of Citi’s organization and systems preferred Proven track record of delivering results and ownership of strategic initiatives in a complex environment

  • Previous experience with engagement surveys/efforts a plus

  • Displays a proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to meet tight deadlines using sound prioritization and judgement

  • Highly competent and experienced at multi-tasking.

Competencies:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio, etc.); exceptional Microsoft Excel and Data Management software skills
  • Strong technology skills with proficiency in SharePoint design and development
  • Energetic, proactive and responsive team player with the interest to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure, excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workload
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to self-direct and motivate in a team oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong work ethic and desire to improve Citigroup and the Risk Organization.
