We are currently searching for an AudienceManagement Capabilities and Operations Group Manager with an analytical, strategic, technical,and operational mindset to join our Marketing Information Management team. This person will lead a team responsible for driving the development and operation ofaudience management capabilities and campaigns.

A key tenet of this role is to help develop a cohesive omnichannel marketing campaign execution and syndication strategy and evangelize and drive adoption of the same across the USConsumer business. This position will work directly with a variety of constituents including Marketing Strategy, Media, Decision Sciences, Risk Management, Technology and Legal/Compliance to prioritize, align and deliver marketing covering all marketing channels.

Lastly, this position will be responsible for contributing to marketing and advertising capabilities R&D and supporting the roadmap for implementation in a strategic way. You will contribute to the capabilitiesutilization through the delivery of a sound operationalization strategy and execution plan.

You can expect to lead a team responsible for:

  • the strategy and execution of growing and maintaining the cross-channel digital audience management practice that enables Citi’s paid media strategies (OTT, LTV, CTV, online video, programmatic display, and paid search).

  • creating and delivering the features roadmap of our Credit Prequalification Decision Engine, our Prelogin Onsite Personalization Engine, our Prospect Email Capabilities, and our Paid Media Capabilities.

  • day to day operations of our onsite personalization product/offer decision engine.

  • working intag management, audience management, clean room & media measurement platforms.

  • contributing to Citi’s AdTech and MarTech strategy through capabilities assessment and management.

  • operating in a cross-discipline environment that interacts with subject matter experts across media,marketing, analytics, marketing operations, legal, finance and technologyteams.

  • creationof project status dashboards and tracking updates with internal and external stakeholders.

  • adhering to strict compliance and regulatory controls; maintainingaccuratedocumentation and QA/QC; creating a risk-free, efficient process which streamlines execution in an error-free environment.

As the leader of the team, you will:

  • foster and develop key stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and wants; drive audience management capabilities strategy and operations.

  • mentor and guide direct reports in their development and growth by outlining accountabilities and guiding opportunities for development within new and existing projects.

  • create and deliver on yearly team goals, mentor personal goal development of the team.

  • own budgeting and expense managementofcampaign management and ad tech platforms

  • manage and oversee vendor partner engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a business or technical field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing capabilities ortechnology implementation.

  • A minimumof 2-3 years leading a team of direct reportspreferred.

  • Experience in data-driven paid media strategies and measurement.

  • Experience in amarketing operations role.

  • Strong demonstration of development and communication of senior management level presentations.

  • The abilityto work in a fast-paced, task-focused, team environment involving technical and non-technical individuals is essential.

  • Strong initiative and self-starting approach, and ability to operate effectively in an organizational climate of frequent change.

  • Expertly manage internal and third-party stakeholder relationships.
