Data Management Lead Analyst - Marketing
The Audience Data Assets Management Lead Analyst will take on a hybrid technical / project management position driving business critical marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong mix of technical, coding, data analysis skills and the ability to lead cross departmental teams in the design, testing, implementation and production of processes to improve the targeting of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise and leadership for various business initiatives throughout the project lifecycle to support requirements and consult on solutions.
- Code, test and execute the requirements for complex marketing campaign and non-marketing activities leveraging proven skills in SAS / SQL / Python.
- Consult on campaign solutions and create automated solutions to streamline execution. Develop solutions to solve or fulfill the business requirements.
- Contribute and have the ability to create project documentation to support related activities such as creating business requirements, project plans, decision documentation, testing documentation, as well as process and procedural materials.
- Accountable for reviewing and evaluating quality assurance testing and processes to ensure aligned with the appropriate governance controls
- Support internal and external audits and walk-throughs as required.
- Develop trust-based relationships with critical internal business partners.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with SAS, SQL, Python, advanced spreadsheet analysis.
- Experience in system analysis and writing business and functional specifications.
- Knowledge of consumer financial services regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Project management discipline and problem solving capabilities.
- Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Data Marts, Data Stores, and Cubes.
- Experience in process automation using JIL commands, CA Workload Automation, Jenkins, etc. and Bitbucket for code repository.
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Demonstrated proficiency in Big Data technologies, such as, Hive, Pig, Anaconda, NoSQL databases, data visualization tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and streaming data
- Strong analytical mindset and hands-on data analytical experience
- Credit Bureau and industry information data knowledge is a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
