Overview of the Role
As Global Consumer Technology (PBWMT) Consent Order Data PMT Data Program Manager, you will report directly to the PBWMT Data and Finance Head of Consent Order Transformation Office that is chartered to ensure that we have clear ownership, integrated execution plan, and adequate staffing model for delivery of Regulatory Business Critical Milestone (RBCM) project activities to execute phase-level regulatory commitments. This role will perform analysis, be responsible to identify and manage dependencies between Consent Order program interactions with the various transformation pillars and to develop the strategic and tactical implementation plan to provide central reporting. This role will liaise between key technology and business partners across the firm including GCT, GFT, ICG, EO&T, and CAO transformation office.
Priorities Include:
- Support Senior Program Manager in Consent Order project planning activities including scope assessment, dependency mapping, resource allocation, & risk assessment
- Perform data analysis to identify control gaps and map them to milestone remediation
- Create re-usable reporting and operating artifacts
- Assess Consent technology requirements and identify impacted to technology groups
- Map Consent requirements against current Book of Work to identify synergies
- Facilitate Consent Transformation workshops to align cross-functional team on priorities & execution plans
- Creating training guides and materials on PTS tool (tool of record for Consent Order technology execution)
- Execute weekly Consent Transformation status meeting, highlighting key risks & issues to Transformation lead
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated Data Analyst skillset
- Advanced understanding of Project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent, verbal, written and presentation skills
- Senior level experience in a related role.
- Subject matter expert in at least one related area.
- Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
