Citi Global Wealth (CGW) Integration Program Manager

The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate Citi Global Wealth (CGW) Technology integration with Citi Consumer Technology across processes, products and locations, making sure that Citi Global Wealth (CGW) Technology follow best solutions across organizational in line with latest market trends  .  It will require working closely with global product and regional business and technology partners to ensure successful transition and integration of CGW Technology.


Responsibilities:

  • Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a integration programs and initiatives
  • Identifies stakeholders and key organizations and build and manage relationships.
  • Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
  • Leads the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across programs and with Senior Management.
  • Leads the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established programs of work.
  • Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business.
  • Works with stakeholders to ensure program scope definition meets business objectives.
  • Directs the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
  • Applies comprehensive understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area
  • Ensures program plans meet business needs as described in the program initiation documents
  • Exercises shared responsibility for budget, policy formulation and planning.
  • Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, and other personnel actions.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a technology planning or project/program management role
  • Strong work organization and prioritization capabilities
  • Takes ownership and accountability for assigned work
  • Ability to manage multiple activities
  • Ability to identify and manage key risks and issues
  • Personal maturity and sense of responsibility
  • Shows drive, integrity, sound judgment, adaptability, creativity, self-awareness
  • Sensitive to cultural and background differences and environments
  • Confident and assertive
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
