Applications Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Support the technical development and network of engineering processes and systems. Provide network strategy, complex architectural solutions, network configuration standards and technical design support. Develop strategic enterprise and innovative technology solutions across business lines. Develop networks for Citi Backbone and Application delivery serving back-office complexes, individual bank branches and telephone services. Create complex network designs and for developing network solutions to achieve stabilization, scalability, and growth. Create, assist in platform solution certification platforms, and automate key network services including network device configurations, and Domain Name Service (DNS). Develop cloud related strategies, reference architectures and technology roadmaps for IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service) and SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions across public, private and hybrid delivery models. Remote work maybe permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Five (5) years of experience must include: Certification of Operating System to remediate vulnerabilities and exposures including CVE’s; Using Application Delivery Controller to manage and optimize client machines connect to enterprise applications including F5 and Netscaler; Validating vulnerabilities and exposures including CVE’s on application delivery products including F5 and Citrix Vendor platforms; Creating network architectural solutions for Application Delivery Controllers and configuration standards; Working with Security team on SIRT issues related to Application Delivery Controllers; Advance troubleshooting on production issue and traffic analysis using Wireshark; and Using Bash Scripting/Python program to automate day-to-day tasks.  In the alternative, employer will accept Master’s degree and two (2) years of experience. 40 hrs./wk.
