ESG Business Analyst, APAC
A strong business analysis background, with good practical knowledge of ESG regulations and methodologies. This position is in the Global Sustainable Investing COO team.

AVP position, based in Singapore / Hong Kong
Description Summary:
- Play a key role in analyzing and implementing ESG regulations that impact APAC wealth management and provide banking sector
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure adherence to internal requirements, regulatory obligations, and external commitments
- Lead working group meetings with senior stakeholders to support project delivery
- Collaborate across firm functions, including portfolio management, capital markets, operations, and control functions, to design and implement ESG efforts
- Accountable for documenting as-is and to be-processes
- Define the data requirements for ESG associated regulatory reporting (MAS, HKMA SPM, ABS etc.)
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the asset management and/or banking sector including exposure to ESG regulations / prudential standards
- Experience of the full project lifecycle
- Ability to manage complex projects, including coordinating multiple projects and initiatives at one time
- Data analysts experience
- Experienced in building out Operating Models, Process Flows and Policy / Procedural updates
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
