This Corporate Sales & Solutions role is a key position that serves corporate business with main responsibility to promote foreign exchange advisory and flow derivatives service to Greater China clients.

Together with our Trading, relationship manager and functional partners, the candidate will lead our effort to be the industry leader and trusted advisors to the fast growing Citi Commercial Banking corporates.

The candidate is expected to enhance and develop relationships with existing client base as well as building new contacts and prospects. This role would cultivate client's advisory capability on risk management challenges, balance sheet, cashflow / earnings risk analysis and strategic, episodic driven hedging solutions.


  • Independent coverage of a portfolio of clients in all aspects of the foreign exchange business
  • Cross origination of Markets' multi asset corporate solutions
  • Provide assistance to RMs in terms of addressing needs of corporate clients through Citi's capabilities in advising corporates on market / execution / e-FX opportunities and solutions
  • Run acquisition campaigns and initiate marketing activities to support client acquisitions
  • Regular liaison with RMs, operations, Risk and other internal units to ensure seamless execution and post trade follow up
  • Proactive attitude towards client acquisitions and cultivations
  • Strong commercial awareness and interest in macroeconomic and corporate news
  • Building relationships with related sales and solutions groups across Rates & Currencies, Banking and Risk to help source origination opportunities and promote cross selling across business lines.
  • Enhance technical product knowledge
  • Provide active feedback on emerging product needs, competitive practices and ideas on process / product improvement
  • Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the Bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


  • 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles with proven track record on growing and maintaining relationships through value added service and commercial skills
  • An entrepreneurial approach for business origination and developing new relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communications and language skills


Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
