Job Profile:

  • Conduct Customer Feedback survey via phone
  • On call role-requires call out to  eligible customers to seek their feedbacks on their interaction with the bank across channels
  • Maximize customer reach-Meet Daily/Weekly/Monthly targets on attempt
  • Record customer feedback and score  in a standardized recommended format
  • Initiate and work with team on process improvement/Training initiatives based on learning from customer surveys

  • Strong communication skills-Verbal and written
  • Customer centricity and solution orientation
  • Sound product/process/system knowledge
  • High on ownership, integrity and result driven
  • Basics of MS office
