Job Purpose:
  • The successful candidate will play a key role within the department in the team responsible for all Readiness, Control and Governance activities relating to Change Management (Client Projects, Fund Activity and all auxiliary Change delivered outside the Business Change department.)
  • The successful candidate should have a strong administration background in a control or audit environment, be flexible and enjoy a challenge The successful candidate will be responsible for the work intake processes including Project Acknowledgement, Reporting and and MI. In addition the individual will work with colleagues within the PMO on the Governance and Audit of all Business Change processes and procedures

Job Background/Context:

The Programme Management Office is a key team within GFS EMEA. The primary responsibility of the PMO is to allocate, govern and report on change activity, working with functional change delivery teams in GFS EMEA to support the implementation of all internal and external change impacting, adapting or enhancing the EMEA Operating Model in place to service Citi EMEA Clients The department works with stakeholders from our Clients and across the Citi business world, including Client Change Delivery, Change Management, Product, and Governance, to ensure that the delivery of client and internal change is continually improving

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver all PMO and work intake processes (including MI, Reporting, Project Acknowledgement & Allocation) Govern and Audit all Business Change processes, procedures and key documents Support the Project Manager and Business Analysis teams across multiple locations (Warsaw, Edinburgh, Dublin, etc) in understanding governance and control requirements for change projects

Qualifications


Knowledge/Experience:
  • Relevant experience in a PMO, Project Governance role of 1.5 to 3 years Experience in a Change Management area beneficial Client Facing roles previously
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and demanding environment

Skills:

  • Problem Solving/Analytical
  • Strong Communication skills

Qualifications:

  • Audit or Governance type
  • Qualifications advantageous
