Senior level experience in a related role commensurate people management experience.
Staff in this area are responsible for identifying and addressing early and late stage collections servicing requirements, needs/issues, volumes, timelines, etc. for a portfolio or group of credit card portfolios.
Staff assesses, evaluates and makes recommendations relative to capacity plans and reporting capabilities in order to implement measures to attain portfolio risk goals.
Will collaborate with other Risk Operations departments to develop and oversee processes to achieve portfolio loss and expense objectives.
Manage, implement, and recommend delinquency strategies. Either directly, or in conjunction with Risk Analytics/Modeling, may be responsible for development and evaluation or reporting tools and analysis.
Staff in this area are also responsible for activities across of all stages of collections operations including inbound collections, skip tracing, and all due stage collections.
