The COB & CM Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Manage escalations of potential issues, tracking remediations to completion. 


Responsibilities:

  • Act as team representative within CBCM providing support and oversight within Infrastructure/Application TRTC Break Review Program.
  • Partners with the CBCM leadership and central teams to ensure a timely completion of the Break Review process and provides guidance and coordination for the entire process. 
  • Work closely with senior business sponsors and/or other team members to promote consensus on decisions that are right for the organization and help with audit reviews for the process.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a limited level of direct supervision
  • Advises the technology businesses on Business Continuity Policy, Strategy and Practices and promote training and awareness.
  • Track, monitor and report open risks and escalated to sector Risk & Control Leads when gaps in performance and associated risks are identified.  Recommends Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and / or Risk Exceptions (REs).

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytic and data analysis skills including (SQL, Data Modeling, ETL, CAMP, SharePoint) with a focus on Data Quality

  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel to manage complex dashboard reporting
  • 5 years’ experience managing multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Track record as a strong analyst and recognized as able to deliver work in pressured environments.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organization and presentation skills to create management reporting
  • Ability to work across levels of personnel from end users to senior management.
  • Manage the end-to-end technical integration or optimization programs as needed.
  • Advanced project management, data analysis and reporting ability; with a good understanding of supporting technologies (applications, reporting tools, and data presentation).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or equivalent experience
