Relationship Manager Associate supports Relationship Managers in acquiring new customers and managing the portfolio of existing customer relationships in order to increase revenues and maintain a good quality loan portfolio in line with the strategy of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA .

RMA works in CC West-North EC Customers Office and reports to EC TL in Gdańsk.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting sales and cross-selling on the portfolios of RMs with whom he / she cooperates, with particular support for managing a portfolio of credit clients;
  • Active feedback regarding customer demand for products, competitive practices and ideas for improvement of processes / products;
  • Ensuring efficient and timely circulation of customer documentation in the Bank. Managing deficiencies and deferrals in the required account maintenance and credit records;
  • Reporting complaints received from Clients to Citi Service as well as coordination and monitoring of the status;
  • Customer due diligence (CADD / KYC) for the bank's new customers and the existing customer base;
  • Handling documentation related to establishing relationships with new clients and informing clients and Bank Advisors on an ongoing basis about the status of ongoing cases;
  • Support for the account closing process - cooperation with other bank departments, obtaining the necessary approvals, sending a notification to the client, etc;
  • Supporting other RMAs in CCB, regardless of their location, and replacing RMs in emergency cases and when required;
  • Supporting processes through active use of appropriate banking systems to which the RMA has access to;
  • Ongoing monitoring and updating in the CRM system of transaction stages, annual and interim credit reviews and document deficiencies;
  • Handling internal and external documentation (receiving, scanning, sending documents, handling mail, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, customer service, preferably in banking;
  • Basic knowledge of transactions processing, loans, currency operations;
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain effective networking across the whole organization;
  • Ability to perform many common tasks and prioritize
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office package: Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of Polish (level of free communication);
  • Communicative English prefered;
  • Bachelor degree, preferably economic or financial;
  • Sales skills and relationship building;
  • Honesty, enthusiasm, independence and professionalism.
