The candidate is expected to promote Citi’s retail structured products within the German and Austrian market through marketing activities in particular social media, website development/management, content generation and further associated activities.
The position sits within the Public Listed Products (Warrants) Marketing and Sales team.
Creation and coordination of product and brand marketing content
Development and distribution of social media content
Managing content on PLP’s website and helping developing the platform within EMEA
Development of CitiFirst Blog including coordination of content (investment themes, educational content)
Working closely with marketing and PR agency and website provider to perform the key responsibilities
Organizing roadshows and the presence of the PLP business at exhibitions and investor fairs
Handling customer enquiries and complaints

University Degree in Online Marketing/ Marketing and Media Management or Business Administra-tion (with emphasis Marketing) Good knowledge of capital markets

Minimum 2-3 year experience in Online/Print Mar-keting and Social Media
Strong knowledge of website management and development
German and English fluency (written and spoken) is es-sential.

Have strong media and marketing skills with experience of performing social media activities.
Possess the interpersonal skills necessary to work in a team environment and client relationship.
