Job Purpose/Overview:

Cover broad range of institutional clients such as Asset Managers, Banks and Insurance Companies in Equities Derivative Products across Germany & Austria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily coverage of clients and execution of transactions
  • Analysis of market and customer requirements
  • Work with trading to increase penetration and market share in Germany & Austria for the Equity Derivative Product
  • Cooperate closely within the Equities team to cross-sell adjacent business opportunities
  • Work with other teams such as fixed income to leverage relationships

Experience, skills and capabilities

  • Professional experience: 3-5 years
  • Sales experience in a client-facing role working with the buy-side community
  • German and English fluency (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Good analytical ability.
  • Candidate must have strong sales, financial, and execution skills
  • Personal skills: excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative, responsible, committed and self-motivated.
  • Highly accurate worker with a high level of attention to customer / detail; perform under pressure; manage demands from several sources & working to deadlines.
  • Analytical: assimilate new information quickly and relate it to the needs of the client base.
  • Pro-activity: identify situations that could result in new business; develop / deliver solutions tailored to the client

Qualifications required:

  • University degree or equivalent (degree in Business Administration preferred but not essential)
  • Good and deep knowledge of clients, Equity markets and products
  • Good mathematical and sales skills
