The Cash Management Sales Officer is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for actively calling on clients in partnership with RMs to deepen relationships, proactively owning, responding to and anticipating future needs, challenges or risks, in addition to identifying and pursuing new clients aligned with CITI’s value proposition.
  • Drives innovation on the solutions we provide clients while structuing deals to balance risk and reward.
  • Serves as strategic advisor to RM and Client
  • Shares knowledge wtih other sales consultants and junior staff
  • Executes on strategic initiatives
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies / guidelines at all time
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6-10 years commercial banking experience
  • Undergraduate business degree
  • Proven track record of supporting the growth of client relationships


Education:

  • Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree


This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

  • Managing Transactional Banking relationships with Digital Clients and providing service for CCB Digital customers in the Israel and Western Europe Cluster,
  • Monitoring and supporting the products’ implementation process
  • Managing customers and transactions in the existing CRM platform
  • Interaction with other CCB Cash Sales structures across the globe
  • Maintaining overall control and accountability for cross-border transactions referrals
  • Acquire new, multi-product, Digital customers for the Bank.
  • Client level planning, budget and revenue responsibilities for TTS products set.
  • Proper account planning is expected, the Cash Sales has to determine/ plan the future relationship, business opportunities, products to sell, etc.
  • Work closely with in country Teams and EMEA Digital Head, EMEA TTS implementation Team, CCB Cash Sales Managers, Markets experts and RM assistants on a daily basis.
  • Participate at digital market events and drive thought leadership/partnership
  • Participate in structuring new TTS products & solutions specific to client/industry segment
