  • Lead project work streams and initiatives supporting sales and service strategy, including managing project milestones, soliciting feedback from key stakeholders, developing project materials and presenting to sales leadership and partners\Build presentations and field communication materials that clearly convey sales and service strategy and key initiative
  • Collaborate with Division Managers and Sales Directors to solicit feedback on sales and service strategies and influence their teams to drive a coordinated national sales and service approach, while providing flexibility for divisions to customize approach for their market
  • Work closely with finance and goal setting teams to understand business goals and to analyze results to support sales and service strategy development
  • Formulate recommendations and solutions based on field feedback, partner feedback and data analysis
  • Partner with sales execution, branch communication and role development teams on implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring a coordinated approach
  • Work closely with marketing, reporting and analytics teams to monitor and analyze initiative results to ensure strategies are driving expected outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years related experience in business development, strategy or sales and service related field
  • Multi-tasking skills with ability to manage complex projects and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written/presentation communication skills
  • Proven ability to interact with key business partners and stakeholder
  • Comfortable in ambiguous situations, self-starter and self-learner
  • Ability to build presentations that convey a clear story supported by data findings
  • Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to influence and take ownership in a matrix organization
  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem solving skills require
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are required
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
