The TS PMO Developer accomplishes results by supporting, partnering, and collaborating to keep the Project Management Tools in alignment with internal standards.  Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Developed communication skills to articulate current state functionality while also being able to solicit requirements to serve the needs of their customer.  Has responsibility for input, tracking, monitoring and reporting for end results of the TS PMO. Responsibility of team support which includes creating and maintaining Project Management tools, interacting with key resources internal and external to TS, contributing to forums to gain understanding, identify risks and drive outcomes. 

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage an existing home grown Project Management tool and develop it to fit the needs of the TS PMO.
  • Create connecting tools, dashboards, and automations to establish a strong E2E framework.
  • Ongoing management of TS PMO tools for day to day sustainability
  • Understand and support control environment around Projects and embedding those into tools used by the TS PMO. 
  • Data migration from Project Tracking Tool (PTT) into new Project Management tool.
  • Facilitates the transition of systems, product & process development to minimize adverse operations impact by ensuring that the business is informed and always aware of the status of process improvements, procedure & systems enhancements and corrective actions for risk issues, identified for the business.
  • Manages on a daily basis the investigation of a product, policy and procedure queries raised by team members.
  • Regularly undertakes a review of processes, policies and procedures to identify process gaps and recommend process updates/ policy & procedure revisions associated with Project Management and Business Compliance.
  • Provides feedback to Project Management leadership regarding risk issues/business cases raised by specific business units
  • Conducts ongoing research on effective mediums and tools to improve the communications.
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Mindset that supports process improvement and innovation
  • Strong communicator (verbal/written)
  • Experience with Technical deployment procedures around UAT and Production
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding problem-solver, Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Certification in MS Access, SharePoint Administrator, InfoPath
