Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall P&L.
  • Create strategic and tactical plan and execute on the same.
  • Create and deliver on annual financial plan.
  • Driving and managing the entire end-to-end product management and sales process for Trade, Cash, Channel and Loan Portfolio management, including ensuring prospects and colleagues are kept in the loop and knowing when to leverage partners beyond immediate teams. From a Sales perspective, the team must be lead to achieve its revenue generation goals.
  • Drive business development and maintain relationships in the industry.
  • Ensure Product superiority and profitability of current products
  • Develop, implement and execute business strategy (understanding customer needs) to support growth, as well as the management and delivery and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Manage pipeline reviews and account plan with Corporate and Product teams.
  • Develop and maintain a strong partnership with Risk, Compliance and Control units to ensure a control environment as per regulatory and internal policies and satisfactory Internal Audits.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Interacts with middle and back office to ensure achievement of objectives with the appropriate Risk/Return balance, as well as efficiency and profitability
  • Foster and maintain strong networks across TTS, local regulators, Regional and Global Management team beyond TTS.
  • People management and develop talents
  • Provide Leadership and Guidance to the Business Segments in the Country.
  • Work with Sales, O&T, Client Delivery, Client Management to provide Clients a superior experience to Competition.
  • Improve Client Satisfaction.


  • Proven track record of successfully managing a large and complex business with P&L management experience
  • An accomplished Business Manager who understands the TTS businesses and has the ability and drive to motivate business and team performance.
  • 10 years business management experience with in-depth experience in TTS with senior corporate professionals.
  • Results-driven person with very strong communication skills
  • Recognized for his or her execution skills
  • Excellent client interaction skills
  • Strong and demonstrated leadership skills managing a diverse team with the ability to motivate and influence; foster innovation.  Superior problem analysis/solving, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Strong ability to manage in a matrix environment
  • Experience managing difficult situations in a complex country
  • Proven track record in running and growing a business.
  • Fluent in both written and conversational Spanish and English
  • Education:  Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's/University degree
