The Product Manager will be part of an analytical team looking after Performance, Risk and Compliance Products, the role will be supporting and reporting into the existing Product Managers.

Responsibilities:

·Support the team of Product Managers to accomplish established goals

·Support client and product projects e.g. implementations, system upgrades

·Input to strategic roadmap, development, launch, and marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product

·Oversee day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results

·Input to client and competitor market research, innovation roadmap

·Support all aspects of program life cycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field

·Develop and communicate business updates on projects and tasks

·Help drive innovation by working with external partners/alliances to develop products, support vendor relationships

·Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Qualifications:

·Over 3 years of relevant experience

·Experience working across multi-function and/or global business

·Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

·Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

·Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

·Demonstrated analytical skills

·Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

·Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Education:

·Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

·Master’s degree preferred

The role is work across performance, risk and compliance monitoring products supporting the data and new client on- boarding. This will also include a key role in the upgrade of core platforms for both products adding improvements to the data load and manipulation as part of the data ingestions, strong understanding of accounting and data and its analytical requirements will be beneficial.
