Lead Financial Analyst for the TTS EMEA Technology Business. This role will be responsible for providing best in class financial management, financial program management & supporting the EMEA O&T Business Head through monthly financial reporting and presentations. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning, outlook submissions and monthly performance tracking of the TTS EMEA Tech financials. The TTS EMEA Tech Business (Enterprise) has an operating budget in excess of $48MM (300+ Headcount) and will require a collaboration across the EMEA Tech Leadership Team, Cluster Teams and Global Functions sitting in the EMEA Region.


  • Support the EMEA O&T Head in sharing financial updates, headcount management & supporting seamless financial execution in line with budget
  • Build and maintain robust financial reporting, seamless outlook submissions and effective measures for tracking progress against budgets
  • Partner with local and regional business management team to ensure alignment of business goals
  • Lead the annual budget process, monthly forecasting and expense variance analysis
  • Assist leadership and stakeholders with developing projects, determining strategies, and defining/providing metrics
  • Prepare materials, record minutes, and follow-up as needed on items for business committees and/ or regular business meetings
  • Point person for adhoc requests linked to financials and work closely with global Business Unit Partners for regional coordination exercises
  • Provide input into and recommend technology change, process improvements and control framework enhancements
  • Communicate business knowledge, product knowledge, and requirements to business and internal support functions
  • Define, implement, and execute against governance of recurring activities within the EMEA Tech Business


  • 6-10 years of experience in financial management or business support
  • Strong Analytical skills with ability to present to senior audience
  • Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Office product suite; basic macro coding experience and proficiency in Microsoft Access and PowerPoint. Advanced Excel skills in particular will be essential
  • Excellent Organization skills
  • Able to adapt quickly to internal financial tools and processes
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
