Tax Information Reporting provide a range of operational Tax services to all areas of the firm. Operating globally with hubs in Dublin, Tampa, Mumbai and Delaware, the team manage Documentation, Withholding and Reporting in line with IRS regulations, along with FATCA/CRS reporting in line with local jurisdiction requirements and Tax reclaims on behalf of the firm.

Based in Dublin, the SVP will manage the EMEA TIR functions, that currently cover the Custody and Markets lines of business.


  • Manage a diverse talent pool, ensuring appraisals, development plans are completed along with succession planning/growth for emerging talent.
  • Work with business partners to ensure clients are serviced and headcount considerations are being considered/met to support.
  • Work with supervisors to ensure BAU obligations are met and any issues are escalation in timely and efficient manner.
  • As part of the EMEA SLT, provide input and feedback on matters across the region, utilizing the SLT for SME and guidance.


  • SME experience in financial services with a particular focus on FATCA/CRS and Qualified Intermediary Tax requirements.
  • Experienced people manager-Recruitment, appraisals, grievance procedures.
  • Confident speaker/presenter, representing with business partners in senior forums.
  • Team ethos.
  • Not afraid to challenge assumptions and call out issues.
