We are looking for experienced and highly motivated individuals from .NET Development background to work on our projects within the Custody, Clearing and Asset Servicing business group. You will join one of our existing and growing development teams and we are interested in hearing from people with hands-on experience in the Financial Securities business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, program and enhance databases within the Oracle DBMS and MS SQL Server DBMS. Design Database solutions for mid to large database projects.
  • Utilize SQL programing to develop complex codes.
  • Provide expert-level support for solutions provided to system enhancements.
  • Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and security.
  • Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time. Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities.
  • Provide end-to-end development support throughout the system life cycle.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow to develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of database systems to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Develop expert knowledge in Securities Services domain.
  • Utilize object-oriented programming languages such as C++ and C+ to create, debug and modify application program interfaces and methods.
  • Create, debug, modify and enhance domain methods and data transfer objects using C#. Create, debug, and modify service methods to incorporate business logic. 

Education & Experience Requirement:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering or a related field, and proven progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. 

Required Technical Skills:

Proven experience with:

  • Database Management Systems (DBMS), including Data Analysis, Extraction and Loading, Database planning, design and maintenance;
  • Data Structures;
  • Principles of Programming language, including coding, testing, troubleshooting, debugging and maintaining of a computer program;
  • Software Engineering - Design and Analysis of Algorithms;
  • Object oriented programing (OOPS), operating systems, and object-oriented analysis and Design;
  • Programming Languages, including PL/SQL, C#, C++, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
  • Integrated development environment with MS visual studio; and
  • Security services domain including life cycle of securities transactions and principles of equity markets.
