TTS Commercial Card Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION

职位描述

You will be part of the TTS Operation processing team in Citibank China Co Ltd Dalian Branch. The functions covered by the unit include Commercial Card setup, card application, account maintenance, limit monitoring, file delivery and regulatory reporting.

TTS操作部隶属于花旗银行大连分行。商务信用卡设置，卡片申请管理，账户维护，额度监控，交易文件设置和传输以及相关监管报表等。

RESPONSIBILITIES

职责

• Delivers as per Service Level Agreement at all times. Ensure service quality is maintained
• 按照服务标准提供服务,并确保服务质量
• Understand customer requirements.
• 理解客户需求
• Meet required productivity metrics set for the team
• 确保完成团队所需的业务量指标
• Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures
• 严格遵守各项法律法规以及公司政策和规程。

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Experience

• Degree holder or relevant professional certification
• 本科学历或相关专业认证
• Working knowledge of banking operations and processes
• 相关银行运营部知识和经验
• A minimum 1- 2 years related experience
• 至少1-2年工作经验
