The role holder will lead a first line team of Analyst, receiving and responding to incoming request and cases, resolving as many as possible to create a ‘right first time’ culture. As the first point of contact with our customers, the team will have a significant impact on our ability to meet service level Agreements and effective escalation management will be critical to our service delivery. The Team will also deliver services creating documents, maintaining vendor files and updating systems


  • The Ability to ensure deliverying operation excellence/ improvements for the CSIS Operations in comformity with Regional processes and priority to quality, responsiveness and customer service

    Set employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommend durable actions

    demonstrate strong communication and diplomacy skills and ability to guide, influence and convince others

    Contribute towards improvements in processes and flows

    The Job holder is also defining key performance indicators , developing metrics and transactional and strategyc activities  for core services ensuring delivery against program objectives and encouring a culture of efficiency , innovaction and customer service

    The role holder will manage the relationship with top stake holders both internally and within the business

    The role holder is responsible for the strategy of the function and ensurign the right resources are in place within  

    The position holder builds a close relationship with the stakeholders to armonize and streamline processes and enable support for their teams


  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Applicants must possess strong control skills,

  • Good communication skills with various levels

  • Strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills,

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, and Word.

  • Experience in managing variable and complex projects simultaneously and executes daily duties with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated experience to collect, organize, analyze, evaluate, and interpret complex data with a fundamental understanding and application of analytical techniques, including estimating, forecasting, and/or predictive modeling experience


  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
  • English advanced
