Strategy & Execution and Reengineering (S&E&R) Manila Center Lead

The main objective of this role is to lead, manage and govern the FRSS Manila S&E&R related responsibilities. In the capacity of S&E&R Manila Center Lead, this role will play a strategic arm and robust executional machinery for the FRSS Manila Center Head as well as Global S&E&R Head. This role will lead, manage, and govern FRSS Strategic Priorities and ensure effective execution, communication, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FRSS Manila Strategy & Execution and Reengineering team members
  • Provide strategic, project and customer management support for finance and risk transformational initiatives
  • Head Count (HC) and Reeng BoW Management: Lead financial control analysis for FRSS Mumbai including financial analytics related to strategic initiatives or ad hoc projects, headcount related reporting and analysis
  • Execution Delivery: Lead management of current performance metrics and development of future metrics across FRSS processes
  • Migration and Project Management: Oversee FRSS Manila projects management including migrations
  • Provide direction and manage compliance for all global strategic initiatives and ensure standard execution across FRSS centers
  • Lead execution of S&E&R pillars like Execution Delivery, Financial Management, HC & Reeng BoW Management, Projects and Migration Management, Relationship and Stakeholder Management, People Strategy, Organization Construct, and Business Process Reengineering
  • Drive innovation and reengineering culture in the organization

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate/master’s degree
  • More than 5 years of experience in strategy and planning/finance/investment banking/operations working in large multinationals and/or top consulting firms
  • More than 5 years of project management experience and driving process reengineering
  • Prior experience of dealing with and presenting to senior leaders
  • Diverse experience across CSS functions and businesses
  • Experience in process reengineering, transformation initiative and driving value

  • Execution focused – results-oriented with a “can do” attitude
  • Managing ambiguity and handling multiple priorities with little or no direction and meeting extremely tight deadlines
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills – advanced skills needed
  • Excellent strategic thinking capability – can “connect the dots”
  • Hands-on, willing and able to dive into details
  • Quick study – should be able to rapidly absorb the information and come out with solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player – can work with multiple stakeholders with little/no direct authority
  • Can work in an undefined environment with limited guidance
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to effectively work in virtual, remote environment
