Officer (C11) - Python Power User (ROHQ - Finance & Risk Shared Services)
Job Description:
As a Python Power User you will help to build quality digital solutions that our partners can trust and use. You will develop tools and applications using Python to automate business processes. You will report to the Automation and Innovation Delivery Lead.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with business areas to identify and understand end-user requirements and specifications
• Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, in collaboration with the project delivery team
• Partners with the A&I Project Delivery team to proper report on progress and update stakeholders, at the time that compliance requirements are reviewed properly.
• Designs algorithms and flowcharts to create new Python solutions.
• Observes user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a technological environment
• 3 years’ experience writing code in Python to automate processes
• Advanced English level (90%)
• Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
• Self-motivated.
• Must be able to quickly learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
Education, knowledge and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or technology related fields or equivalent experience.
• Python language knowledge.
• MS Office knowledge
