The Technology Governance Team is looking for a highly driven and organized individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work broadly with varying levels of seniority across the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to drive reporting and communications efforts, maintain and grow an internal web portal and support various governance activities within the Technology organization. Key areas of focus include: Development and maintenance of internal “Hub” site, Management reporting on progress towards key Technology goals and project delivery, oversight of local information sharing and records management governance processes, and involvement in other governance related efforts within the Technology organization.

The role will provide the opportunity to work broadly across all levels of the Technology organization.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be highly organized and have experience maintaining and preferably developing websites. The candidate will be proactive and demonstrate ability to add value in a broad range of situations which may require the involvement of the Technology Governance team.


  • Maintain and grow internal website. Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address needs, driving enhancements where necessary.
  • Interface with global and local stakeholders to support Technology scorecard reporting and oversight processes.
  • Perform project governance and oversight tasks, including working broadly across the Technology department to understand project status. Assist in generating reporting materials for presentation to both Technology and country business management.
  • Support regulatory-required Firewall governance processes, Markets vs Banking entity information sharing control processes.
  • Own local Records Management and other governance processes.
  • Take ownership for own space and work to continuously improve.
  • Proactively support other Technology Governance related activities and initiatives.


  • 2-5 years of experience in a communications focused rule with website development and maintenance experience, preferably within the Finance industry.
  • Experience communicating and coordinating activities broadly across departments.
  • Experience Developing and maintaining websites.
  • Comfortable with basic website development (HTML/Java)
  • Comfortable working with and managing MS SharePoint sites, or similar information sharing platforms.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent skills in personal work organization and time management.  Ability to multi-task is a must. 
  • Motivated Self-starter with strong problem solving skills.
  • Native / Business level English and Japanese ability.


  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
