The Field Sales Representative 4 is an entry-level position responsible for providing customer service assistance and meeting sales targets for financial products and services within their assigned district or location, in coordination with the broader Consumer Sales Team. The overall objective is to utilize a wide range of product knowledge to build relationships with clients in order to recognize which financial products and services meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain high value accounts by providing expert and professional advice and promoting high level portfolios and other financial products
  • Analyze existing Citi client’s interests, problems, and potential need for new products and services
  • Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships
  • Receive and process service requests for clients to achieve their transfer and have a low percentage of rejections in customer certifications
  • Continue to seek and maintain product and service knowledge
  • Remain current on applicable regulations by attending internal training programs
  • Follow commercial strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets set by management
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in financial sales preferred
  • Proficient computer and technology skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Working knowledge of related financial regulations
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills as well
  • Demonstrated Influencing and relationship management skills


Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Objetivo del Puesto: Prospectar clientes nuevos en las diferentes oportunidades de mercado fuera de sucursal, proporcionar asesoría previsional y realizar cierres exitosos de ventas del producto Afore y promoción de Ahorro Voluntario, APP Citibanamex Afore, así como la colocación de otros productos del Grupo Financiero (Seguros, Portabilidad, Hipotecario, etc.)

Misión del Puesto: Incrementar el volumen de atención de prospectos y referidos para la generación de oportunidades de venta mediante la oferta de una asesoría integrala sus clientes y así ofrecerles alternativas más convenientes a sus necesidades e intereses.

Escolaridad:Deseable Licenciatura concluida en áreas económico–administrativas ó Licenciatura trunca (más del 50% de créditos/materias concluidas).

Experiencia: Al menos de 2 a 3 años de experiencia en venta consultiva y prospección de clientes.
Deseable: experiencia en productos financieros y automóvil propio

PLUS: Experiencia reciente y de al menos 1 año en el área Comercial en alguna Afore.

ACTIVIDADES A DESEMPEÑAR:

Prospección de clientes.
Asesoría integral de Afore y otros Productos Financieros y Cierre de Ventas.
Solicitud de al 2 menos referidos en cada asesoría (independientemente de si se realiza cierre o no).
Participación en campañas internas.
Estar constantemente actualizado en regulación del mercado de las Afores y en procesos comerciales.
Atención de clientes y prospectos con los más altos estándares de calidad y servicio.
Seguimiento a la implementación de la estrategia de la Gerencia y la establecida por la Compañía.
Sensibilización de clientes sobre la importancia de su retiro.
