The VKYC Manager is an intermediate position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of Video KYC support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services to Citi clients and to assist team in meeting sales targets.


  • Perform managerial duties including, performing evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, terminations as well as providing direction of daily tasks and responsibilities to team members
  • Identify techniques to improve sales productivity to ensure business targets are met and conduct team trainings
  • Maintain compliance and legal standards set forth by business
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of sales to resolve client issues and identify client needs
  • Communicate risk concepts to sales team to maintain satisfied service quality
  • Identify new market opportunities and influence decisions through advice and counsel
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted within the approved compliance and regulatory framework
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in direct sales and team management required
  • Prior experience in managing Contact Centre and a larger team will be preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of risk management
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team-work with good leadership and motivational skills

  • Strong analytical skills – ability to multi task and handle sales complexities


  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Video KYC Manager responsible to drive Cards Fulfillment through VKYC. In addition to  fulfilment, would be responsible to ensure adherence to compliance, controls, AML & KYC guidelines.

Delivering acquisition plan for ensuring team performs due diligence checks & reviews

Leading & Managing performance of a team to deliver & achieve plan nos. and maximize fulfillment opportunity.

Radical simplification & Digitization of processes to reduce touch points to enhance customer journey

Ensure quality and minimize rejects, through reject review & engagement with key stakeholders

Ensure Professional conduct, attire and client handling

Ensuring adherence to Compliance guidelines / Audit

Generate reports for Seniors and stakeholders
