DTR Portfolio Reporting Analyst - C10
- Job Description
The Portfolio Reporting Analyst within the Digital Transformation and Re-engineering (DTR) team will help the Governance manager supporting all sub-functions: Automation, Innovation and Re-engineering. The main goal of the role is to make sure that the overall portfolio data is always accurate, updated and showing the right information to support decision making. Strong data mining, reporting, data visualization and communication skills are required, while project management tool and Power BI knowledge is a clear advantage. This position will also frequently coordinate with the project managers and resources within DTR to gather the right input and prepare presentations.
- Additional Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Maintain, develop and perform updates as necessary to ensure the accuracy of the DTR portfolio
- Support the Governance Manager on a daily basis with scheduled and ad-hoc data consolidation and reporting queries
- Create and update Power Point presentations
- Communication with all sub-functions to gather information about their ongoing work efforts, and include these in the DTR portfolio
- Develop procedures and other manuals, training guides. Perform trainings as required for various audiences
- Help the project managers to keep the PPM tool updated, extract and report the project details
- Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
- Capture and communicate the key information and the action items on virtual calls or live meetings
- Track financials and large volumes of data with accuracy and precision
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years’ reporting experience in a fast paced multi-national company is required
- Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills to use more complex formulas, create pivot tables, graphs and charts
- Ability to create Microsoft Power Point presentations from scratch for managers
- Basic understanding and ability to use SharePoint on a daily basis
- Change mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
- Cognos, Power BI and any PPM tool experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Selenium, Python is a plus
