Retail Bank Disclosures Change Control Manager - Hybrid
This position is responsible for the development and delivery of regulatory based communications such as account opening agreements, product disclosures, and change in terms notices for the Retail Bank Disclosure Team. The Retail Bank Disclosures Change Control Manager will Work with a range of partners such as Product Management, Legal, Compliance, and operational risk teams to ensure adherence to define regulatory communication scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discussions with business, legal, and compliance stakeholders to define regulatory communication scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop communication strategies and recommendations for business leaders regarding the delivery of regulatory communications
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Support internal quality control processes through the execution of periodic reviews of regulatory communication elements managed by the Retail Disclosure team

Ability to synthesize regulatory requirements into fact based and nuanced solutions
Ability to build strong working relationships across various lines of business key stakeholders
Self-starter, self-learner, acts as an owner with a focus on mitigating franchise risk
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree
