Responsibilities
You will join an existing management team co-located in London and Hungary, overseeing a vendor team. You will work closely with GFM (Global Financial Messaging) Technology, the SWIFT Relationship Management team and various business lines across the globe.
Global Financial Messaging (GFM) provides central management and support to all parts of the Bank for SWIFT and internal financial messaging. The GFM Team is the central administrator of SWIFT Authorisation keys (RMA), delivering a critical control environment within the evolving SWIFT cyber and fraud landscape.
In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:
work with various P&R (Payments and Receivables) product and technology partners on planning and executing solutions to mitigate cyber risk and increase operational resilience
take a leading role in delivering the CSP consumption programme, to gain meaningful insights from various data sources, which can inform the targeted communications for high risk entities
perform data analysis, gain insights and make recommendations which can help guide strategic decisions
support project deliverables for the development of a new Cyber Fraud Target operating Model (TOM)
represent TTS Client Operations in project meetings and provide updates on project delivery
develop strong metrics/dashboards for senior management, regulators and applicable monitoring groups
assist with fraud analysis for input to resolution planning and other regulatory reviews
support the crisis management team to develop the TTS Payments Cyber Playbook in the event of a SWIFT or other cyber-attack on a client institution
assess data driven processes within Client Operations and present recommendations which can improve efficiency and reduce manual touch points
improve escalation management and incident/crisis management within Citi’s SWIFT and Cyber response plans
support ongoing operational transformation projects including ISO20022 migration for SWIFT messaging
identify new projects to improve TTS Payments’ SWIFT and cyber fraud management capabilities
The ideal candidate for this position preferably possesses the following qualifications and skills:
University/College degree
4+ years of experience working at a Financial Institution/Bank/FinTech, preferably with experience in data analysis
Strong analytical and data management skills and experience
Strong knowledge of Payments and Receivables products globally - technical expertise with a business analyst background highly desirable
An interest in global regulatory and compliance guidelines as they relate to Information Security, Cyber Risk and Controls
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and other Office products is required
An understanding of SWIFT messaging and industry knowledge of SWIFT will be an advantage
Familiarity with ISO15022 and ISO20022 Messaging Standards will be an advantage
