Citi’s Enterprise Operations and Technology (EO&T) Organizational Program Management Office (Org PMO) has oversight of program and project management governance for all EO&T functions including EO&T Chief Operating Office, Citigroup Technology Infrastructure, Chief Information Security Office, Global Functions Technology, Business Simplification Group, Change Management, Citi Shared Services, and Chief Administration Office.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Budapest!

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Produce reporting and provide analysis on EO&T Project Management data
  • Produce and analyze quality scorecards to measure organization adherence to specific processes
  • Monitor and Analyze trends across various data points and publish thematic observations
  • Focus on quality through continuous education and automated reporting
  • Identify process improvement and opportunities for automation and efficiency within own processes and operations
  • Responsible for self-quality checks and peer-quality reviews, to ensure a zero-defect executive report
  • Support enhancement process for Program Management application and tools
  • Responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.
  • See tool enhancements through to delivery (i.e. Define business requirements, Participate in User Acceptance Testing, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar function, executing reporting, analysis and data visualizations
  • Experience in Business Analysis
  • Excellent analysis and reporting skills; focus on quality and automated reporting.
  • Must be able to create concise, informative analysis summaries on top of reporting
  • Advanced MS Excel user. Must be able to do pivot tables, vlookups, graphs and charts in Excel.
  • Advanced MS Access user or advanced user of other similar database management system. Must be able to create and modify complex queries.
  • Microsoft Power BI is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive
  • Experience in working in virtual teams
  • Strong collaboration skills with peers across the working groups
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work under tight strict deadlines and shift from one task to another on short notice as priorities change

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
