Business & Travel Shared Services (BTSS) operates ten core services for Citi across 80 countries and with over 2,000 resources, impacting nearly every Citi employee.  Our services include Mail & Distribution, Managed Print Devices, Archiving, Marketing, Global Travel, Corporate Credit Card, Corporate Vehicle, Ground Transportation, Transaction Print, and Business Partner Services.

We are seeking to add another dynamic team member to the Business Partner Services product.  The successful candidate will be an energetic, forward-thinking, and stakeholder-centric individual who will execute strategies set forth by the Global Business Partner Services Lead.

Business Partner Services (BPS) provides services on behalf of Citi’s business units who require in-country support for operational activities. Currently, BPS provides services in 80+ countries involving activities from Citi Real Estate Services, Global Hospital Services, Resource Management Organization to name a few.

The Business & Travel Shared Services (BTSS) Senior Business Partner Services Program Lead will be part of the Global Business Partner Services team, achieve BPS strategy and supporting business management activities, including analysis and reporting, and report to the global Product head.


  • Partner with the Regional Product Heads to ensure global strategy and execution plans align with the global product strategy
  • Drive the successful & timely completion of tasks to achieve business goals, including the identification and resolution of risks and issues which impact program delivery
  • Develop metrics to support critical success factors and key performance indicators
  • Develop and analyze metrics reporting for BTSS and BPS management and staffing models
  • Project manage global BPS projects and maintain BPS Book of Work
  • Drive and promote reengineering initiatives and process improvement and drive continuous improvement culture
  • Design and present executive-level presentations that are concise, organized and visually appealing
  • Escalates program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate..
  • Present to BTSS and BPS leadership on program status as needed.
  • Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
  • Oversees program plans meet business needs as described in the program initiation documents.
  • Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the program schedule and key milestones.
  • Works with Program Sponsor to ensure business case cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives

Ideal background:

  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong reporting, analysis, and documentation skills
  • Risk & Controls knowledge
  • Project Management experience
  • Process improvement and reengineering knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and additional related Applications
