Reporting Senior Manager (Recovery and Resolution Planning)
The RRP (Recovery and Resolution Planning) Reporting team is responsible for the annual reporting of resolution planning related templates for Citi’s relevant European Legal Entities. Some of these entities are also required to produce their own chapter in Citigroup Inc’s resolution plan, which is annually being submitted to the US Regulator. It is the RRP team’s responsibility to produce these entities’ chapter in the plan.
In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:
- Management of the Resolution planning related annual reporting process for selected EMEA entities
- Learn about Citi’s wider Resilience agenda including the interconnectivity with ICAAPs
- Engage your team including coaching, developing and training your colleagues
- Learn from Country Finance and Policy teams
- Become a Subject Matter Expert of resolution related reporting rules and disclosure requirements
- Apply creative and traditional methods to improve and automate processes
- Exhibit a collaborative and motivating attitude to join forces with other teams for excellent results
The ideal candidate for this position preferably possesses the following qualifications and skills:
- 8+ years of work experience in financial or regulatory/risk reporting
- Knowledge of Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) and CRR2 is an advantage
- Prior knowledge of Citi legal entity processes, systems and data structures would be an asset
- Good organisational and presentation skills
- Enthusiastic team player
